The position supports CJ Beeps Equipment’s Ag Leader and Precision Planting business, serving farmers across the Tri-State area. The specialist recommends and sells precision agriculture solutions, installs and configures systems, and provides troubleshooting and seasonal support. The role connects customers with the dealership’s parts and service teams to help ensure equipment and technology are ready for use.

What you'll do

• Sell and support Ag Leader and Precision Planting products
• recommend systems based on customer needs and equipment compatibility
• install and configure monitors, GPS, guidance, steering, and planting technology
• calibrate and troubleshoot systems
• provide startup and in-season support
• assist with mapping, field data, prescriptions, and optimization
• document service work
• coordinate with parts and service teams
• support demonstrations and events.
