What you'll do

• Clean trash and common areas
• arrange pool furniture and receptacles and test pool chemical levels daily
• assist with landscaping and irrigation repairs
• prepare vacated apartments through cleaning, trash removal, and minor repairs
• check exterior lighting
• support general repairs
• post notices
• and pick up parts and supplies as needed.
