Kitchen Design and Sales Representative

The Kitchen Design and Sales Representative role is onsite in Charlevoix, MI. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to identify sales opportunities and complete sales by combining kitchen design and product knowledge with customer service. It supports customer projects and company sales goals through relationship building, timely follow-through, accurate quotes, and coordination of service and delivery commitments.

What you'll do

• Identify target customers and maintain market share
• collect and update customer product-use and trend information
• sell building materials and installed sales services to contractors
• determine suitable credit programs
• follow up on leads and monitor market trends to meet sales and profit goals
• assist with take-offs and communicate scheduling and delivery commitments
• maintain communication between store team members and customers
• complete orientation and safety training and continue learning about products and procedures.
