What you'll do

• Support member inquiries and outreach
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• scan and enter protected health information
• maintain patient records and files
• coordinate check-in and check-out
• record vital signs and physician notes
• collect specimens and handle biohazard waste
• prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures
• document symptoms
• administer medications and injections under physician direction
• monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness
• follow clinical, regulatory, and safety checklists.
