What you'll do

• Lead the firearms department and set the counter’s guest-service standard
• advise guests on firearms and gear
• support store sales by pairing purchases with apparel and gear
• complete required sale checks and records, including ATF Form 4473 and bound-book entries
• manage inventory, intake, and reorders
• educate guests on safe handling, storage, and care
• maintain a secure, compliant area
• stay current on ATF and TBI requirements
• perform basic cleaning, adjustments, accessory installation, and minor repairs.
