The Warehouse Management Trainee - Overnights role is an onsite position located in Caledonia, WI. Compensation is $32 to $36 per hour, and this role supports the Uline Distribution Center team. This role exists to provide hands-on training and leadership development in warehouse operations through an 18-month rotational program, preparing individuals for management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
