What you'll do

• Train, coach, and support parts employees
• oversee counter operations, ordering, receiving, stocking, deliveries, and special-order follow-up
• manage inventory levels, aging stock, returns, counts, and records
• coordinate with technicians and service advisors
• assist retail and wholesale customers
• review sales, gross profit, expenses, and inventory performance
• manage warranty parts retention, manufacturer returns, and applicable GM procedures
• improve department processes and maintain organized, safe storage and workflows.
