The Care Partner delivers individualized support based on each client’s support plan, helping maintain safety and a nurturing environment while promoting socialization, independence, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, respite care, companion services, coaching, and social and community inclusion services according to client support plans.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment that supports socialization and independence.
• Follow required infection-control precautions and use personal protective equipment as appropriate.
