Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job overview

The Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $50–$55 per hour. The position is in Information Technology / Project Management and reports to the Director of Project Management or PMO Director. The role combines Agile team leadership with end-to-end IT project management to support delivery of strategic business initiatives. It coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project plans and risks, and promotes predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• coach Agile teams and remove blockers
• collaborate with Product Owners on backlogs
• monitor sprint and delivery metrics
• coordinate dependencies and support SAFe ceremonies and planning when applicable
• manage project lifecycle, plans, schedules, budgets, resources, scope, risks, and documentation
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations
• develop dashboards and reports
• track KPIs and implement process improvements.
