What you'll do
- Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with site leadership
- oversee or support scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties
- ensure timely initial and reassessments and completed documentation
- ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and professional standards
- promote adherence to protocols
- monitor patient/family service expenses with the IDG and site leadership
- serve as a resource and liaison for Social Worker, Volunteer, Music Therapy, and Bereavement departments.
