The Machine Shop Support Technician — Grinding and Swiss role is onsite in Hamel, MN, with pay of $38–$50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. The role supports the quality and throughput of precision components used in Tolomatic actuators. The technician develops CNC programs and setup documentation, supports equipment selection and implementation, and leads improvement work so machinists and operators can perform consistent changeovers and production processes.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain cylindrical grinding and Swiss CNC programs
• develop setup instructions and tooling documentation
• assist with material, tooling, and machine selection
• lead new equipment selection and implementation projects
• lead small continuous-improvement projects and mentor machinists and operators
• analyze data to support process, tooling, or machine changes.
