The Behavior Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician) role is onsite in Garfield, NJ, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. Connect ABA + Therapy provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the therapist implements individualized behavior plans and supports clients’ communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living skills across home, school, and community settings.

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis using methods such as discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching
• document behavior and progress
• support communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the clinical team
• communicate with families and caregivers
• and participate in professional development.
