What you'll do

• Show homes for buyer clients
• identify buyer needs, budgets, and suitable properties
• guide buyers through the home-buying process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop homeowner and listing opportunities
• communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments as needed
• maintain CRM notes and participate in team training.
