Prepare project checkbooks with input from the project manager, reflecting monthly/yearly budgets, forecasts, and expenditures. Process approved Project Change Requests (PCRs) to update budgets. Review and analyze checkbooks for missing data. Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
