The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role based in Rochester, MI. The starting wage is $17.13 per hour. This position supports the Walbridge team. The role exists to provide medically necessary, appropriate personal care and community living supports to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and/or co-occurring diagnoses. The DSP assists in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, and community participation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vitals for medical conditions.
• Support community participation and social activities.
