What you'll do

• Prepare nutritious meals according to approved menus, recipes, production schedules, and procedures
• package and distribute meals to residential campuses
• assist with food preparation, cooking, setup, and service for events
• receive and organize donations, supplies, and deliveries
• maintain food and supply inventory
• keep preparation areas clean and sanitary
• follow CDE, USDA, and other applicable standards
• complete production records and documentation
• support regulatory reviews
• collaborate with kitchen team members.
