What you'll do

• Provide legal support on commercial, regulatory, compliance, and risk matters
• draft, review, and negotiate customer, carrier, vendor, NDA, and service-level agreements
• advise on air and ocean freight, freight forwarding, warehousing, customs, and cross-border transportation
• support regulatory compliance
• coordinate dispute resolution, claims, and litigation strategy with external counsel
• partner with internal teams
• assist with policy development and training
• advise on risk mitigation and operational decisions.
