The Clinician I — VWC role is onsite in Visalia, CA, and pays $38.46–$44.99 per hour. Under Clinical Supervisor supervision, the clinician provides direct mental health services and coordinates with community partners. Assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, documentation, and service coordination contribute to client care and continuity across agencies and programs.

What you'll do

• Provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
• liaise with community partners
• maintain accurate consumer records and complete service activity logs
• work toward the stated productivity goal
• provide linkage and consultation with outside entities
• coordinate client services
• collaborate with team members
• assist the Clinical Supervisor or Manager as requested
• use crisis intervention techniques and consult a supervisor if crisis situations arise.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; current associate licensure (ASW, AMFT, or APCC); and an NPI number or ability to obtain one before starting. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
