Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is onsite in Valley Springs, CA, with pay of $21–$23.10 per hour. The manager works under the Restaurant Manager and supports restaurant shift operations and performance.

What you'll do

• Oversee shifts, direct team members, and maintain clear communication and customer service
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, company procedures, and safety standards
• manage costs, cash handling, register setup, and shift transitions
• complete shift reports, sales readings, and operational walk-throughs
• train team members when requested. Depending on level, responsibilities may include inventory, food orders, staffing adjustments, mentoring, and independent shift leadership. Full certification, including Shift Leader training and ServSafe certification, is required.
