What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers
- establish processes for customer communication, documentation, KPI reporting, business reviews, and follow-through
- build relationships across customer organizations
- participate in strategic meetings and escalations
- review account performance and service trends with Operations
- ensure service failures have causes, owners, corrective actions, and deadlines
- monitor account financial performance and renewal risks
- identify retention risks and service expansion opportunities
- report account performance to leadership
- support hiring, onboarding, training, and development.
