• Welcome families and encourage program participation
• complete intake and needs assessments
• conduct home visits for assigned Early Learning Program families at least semiannually
• identify strengths and barriers and develop strategies
• monitor measurable goals
• coordinate services with partners
• advocate for clients
• support classroom coverage and inclusion
• recruit families
• monitor attendance
• maintain documentation and case records
• respond to crises and safety issues.
