Senior Manager of Replenishment is a hybrid position associated with Vail Resorts’ Broomfield, Colorado office. Employees within 50 miles work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and may work offsite Monday and Friday; eligible employees outside commuting distance may work remotely from specified locations. Compensation is $93,409–$99,000 per year plus an annual bonus. The role supports Vail Resorts Retail’s inventory operations across more than 200 stores. The manager develops replenishment strategies and leads the retail product team to improve inventory availability and efficiency across stores and distribution centers. The work aligns inventory flow and processes with guest experience and financial expectations while building team capability and supporting future business needs.

What you'll do

• Develop inventory strategies by distribution-center location and replenishment initiatives
• improve SKU-level inventory efficiency across stores and distribution centers
• lead and develop the retail product team
• coordinate with store operations, distribution centers, buyers, inventory planners, training and development, IT, and merchants
• document current and future processes
• establish purchasing, inventory-flow, and inventory-level strategy
• and align resources with acquisitions, supply-chain efficiencies, and new vendors.
