Wellness Coordinator – Site Distribution Staff

Job overview

The Wellness Coordinator – Site Distribution Staff role is in person at community-based locations in Deerfield Beach, FL, with an anticipated Wednesday schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and approximately 10–15 hours per week; additional days, hours, and locations may vary. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The role supports FLIPANY’s Healthy Student Healthy Community initiative and community food distribution efforts.

What you'll do

• Support food pantry markets and community food distributions
• welcome participants
• coordinate volunteers and students
• assist with registration, check-in, surveys, and documentation
• enter program data
• promote food security and wellness programs
• help prepare outreach materials
• build relationships with schools and community partners
• assist with presentations and engagement activities
• and support food-waste reduction initiatives when applicable.

Why this role
