What you'll do

• Supervise children and maintain their safety
• keep the classroom and playground sanitized and organized
• follow program policies and health and safety guidelines
• maintain classroom supplies
• develop and implement developmentally appropriate daily lesson plans
• follow schedules and routines
• observe and document developmental progress
• assist children with feeding, grooming, dressing, napping, handwashing, and toileting
• use positive discipline
• report concerns
• attend parent-teacher meetings and required training
• maintain children’s records, newsletters, and reports.
