Day Center Concierge

The Day Center Concierge role is onsite in Monroe, MI, at Huron Valley PACE. Pay is $15.50–$16.78 per hour. The position supports the Day Center and works alongside front desk, day center, clinic, and rehabilitation teams. The concierge helps participants feel safe, supported, and connected while keeping daily center operations running smoothly. The role combines participant assistance, reception, activity support, and clinical appointment coordination to help ensure participants receive attention and care throughout the day.

What you'll do

• Provide activities of daily living support, ambulation assistance, and one-on-one supervision
• transport participants within the center
• facilitate activities and help integrate new participants
• cover reception and visitor tours
• support clinical appointments with reminders, preparation, rooming, sanitation, and documentation
• accompany participants to community medical appointments
• provide interpreting support as requested
• provide backup operational coverage and respond to urgent staffing needs
• attend required training and meetings.
