The Specialized Care Assistant / Experienced Caregiver role is onsite in Sherrills Ford, NC, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Compensation is $15.50–$21 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare serves families in the local community. The caregiver provides hands-on, non-medical support to clients with complex or higher care needs, following individualized care plans and reporting changes to the office. The role helps clients maintain safety and well-being in their own homes.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and authorized transfers
• support clients with dementia, chronic conditions, or increased care needs
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and safety supervision
• assist with authorized transportation and errands
• follow care plans
• and report changes in client condition or needs. Recruiting for listed day, evening, overnight, 12-hour, weekend, and PRN/fill-in shifts.
