What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• assess and monitor resident health and respond to changes
• communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• support CNAs and LPNs as needed
• document in electronic medical records
• serve as charge nurse when assigned
• participate in quality improvement activities and required meetings
• maintain confidentiality and respect resident rights.
