Director of Compliance, Insurance

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with state Department of Insurance rules and other applicable requirements
• analyze compliance needs and recommend internal standards and controls
• test and audit business processes and insurance operations
• identify and communicate regulatory risks
• advise employees and executives
• lead fraud-prevention training and coordinate with carrier investigation units as required
• maintain licensing and statutory reporting
• serve as liaison to carriers and regulators
• oversee OFAC compliance
• audit operations and vendors.

Why this role
