What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers
• assist with feeding and hydration
• offer bedpans and urinals
• provide hygiene, bathing, skin, hair, and oral care
• assist with dressing
• collect specimens and measure intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe and report changes
• attend in-service classes
• clean equipment and maintain service areas
• follow facility policies and protect confidentiality.
