Orthodontic Assistant

The Orthodontic Assistant role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures
• place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands as directed
• take X-rays, scans, impressions, and progress photos
• prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare
• maintain accurate patient records in EMR
• coordinate with clinical and front-office teams and cross-train as needed.
