What you'll do

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process
• assess and document patient conditions and needs
• communicate changes to physicians and suggest interventions as appropriate
• initiate, evaluate, and review care plans
• provide patient and family health teaching
• administer medications safely and document effectiveness
• coordinate team huddles and rounds
• evaluate safety, infection control, care standards, education, and patient satisfaction
• prioritize workload and responsibilities.
