What you'll do

• Assist customers at the counter and by phone
• locate and fulfill plumbing, heating, and HVAC materials
• process orders, credits, returns, and warranty information
• answer product and pricing questions
• maintain catalogs
• move and verify products
• support shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory organization
• maintain a clean work area
• and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
