Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist

This role supports timely payment and accurate account records by submitting invoice information, following up on overdue balances, responding to account questions, and resolving customer disputes. It helps maintain effective billing and collections operations.

What you'll do

• Submit and upload invoice information through customer portals
• contact customers about outstanding debts and follow up on delinquent accounts
• document collection efforts and arrangements in the ERP system
• respond to account queries and inbound calls
• follow up on unpaid portal submissions
• email invoices and work tickets
• prepare summary billing and past-due notices
• maintain customer database information.
