The Lead Team Member is an onsite role based in Pine Grove Mills, PA. 50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the operations of Sheetz, Inc. retail locations. This role exists to provide leadership by example, ensuring high-energy service and team collaboration. The Lead Team Member helps mentor staff, manages inventory, and maintains store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.
