Production Associate

Job overview

The Production Associate role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, and compensation is $12 per hour. The associate supports Eco Prime Thrift’s retail operations by processing donated goods for sale. The role helps move donations efficiently from intake through sorting and preparation to the sales floor. It contributes to store production goals while supporting donor service and a clean, organized, safe work environment.

What you'll do

• Greet donors, provide donation receipts, and courteously decline items that cannot be accepted.
• Sort and grade donations, hang, price, and tag merchandise, and transfer sellable items to the sales floor.
• Meet production goals, perform housekeeping and floor care, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and cross-train in other store positions as needed.

Why this role
