What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair basic to moderately complex electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and leak issues
• repair structural components such as stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• prepare vacant units through painting, carpet cleaning, cleaning, and other make-ready tasks
• assess vacant-unit repair and replacement needs
• coordinate extensive repairs with the Lead Maintenance Technician
• follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.
