What you'll do

• Greet customers
• process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, bank checks, money orders, loan payments, night deposits, and ATM balancing transactions
• handle basic service requests
• answer questions and resolve customer issues
• refer customers to appropriate products or departments
• maintain a clean, organized, secure work area
• complete CTRs and report suspicious activity
• perform end-of-day processing
• and complete quarterly compliance training.
