The Director of Sales & Service role is onsite in Le Center, MN. Pay is $120,000–$160,000 per year. Winco manufactures generator sets and focuses on customer expectations, reliability, and growth. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive leadership team, the director leads sales, customer service and technical support, and marketing. The role advances commercial and aftermarket growth by developing channels, driving revenue, and improving customer support.

What you'll do

• Lead and align sales, aftermarket service, and marketing teams
• establish sales forecasts, operating budgets, and pipeline management cadence
• build relationships with distributors, commercial accounts, and OEM partners
• translate field feedback into product and service improvements
• and partner with engineering and manufacturing on customer specifications, lead times, and warranty resolutions.
