What you'll do

• Complete shift assignments and review the 24-hour report with the previous charge nurse
• verify narcotic counts
• conduct room rounds
• follow up on labs, diagnostics, and pending orders
• administer scheduled medications and treatments
• complete monthly summaries and skin assessments
• ensure CNA documentation and shower sheets are completed and reviewed
• complete resident charting, incident reports, and lab logs
• document appointments and coordinate changes with transportation.
