What you'll do

• Review the daily schedule and prepare the service vehicle
• perform plumbing and HVAC service calls, including heating-system maintenance, plumbing repairs, and air-conditioning diagnostics
• explain findings and solutions to customers
• occasionally handle commercial service calls
• deliver quality service and build customer relationships.
