What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, collect waste, strip and wax floors, and maintain a clean, orderly, safe work environment. Receive and store deliveries
• monitor boilers and air-handling equipment
• move furniture and supplies
• perform grounds maintenance, minor repairs, carpentry, and painting
• requisition supplies
• report unsafe conditions
• attend in-services and shift huddles
• drive the facility van for resident transfers or supply runs.
