What you'll do

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• manage close processes
• maintain GAAP and regulatory compliance
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• monitor budget variances
• develop financial models
• establish internal controls
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• monitor cash flow and working capital
• oversee banking relationships
• support financial planning and investment analysis
• lead and mentor the accounting team
• improve processes and automation.
