What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, signature drinks, and specialty coffee
• set up and operate the VIP bar for receptions and events
• tailor service to guest preferences and dietary or no-alcohol requirements
• serve alcohol responsibly
• follow event and protocol instructions
• maintain confidentiality
• manage stock, cleanliness, hygiene, and waste
• handle cash and POS accurately
• support the main bar during peak trading as directed
• represent the USA Pavilion with warm, polished hospitality.
