What you'll do

• Oversee beverage outlets and compliance with operating standards
• monitor supervisory administrative duties
• recruit, interview, recommend hires, train, coach, discipline, and schedule staff
• lead shift meetings
• manage opening and closing activities
• maintain cash and comp procedures
• operate inventory systems
• resolve guest issues
• support dining operations and fill in for line staff when required.

Why this role
