The Maintenance Mechanic 3 works onsite in Monroe, WI, on a Monday–Friday third shift, approximately 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Pay is $28–$32 per hour. The role works with operators, supervisors, and the maintenance team to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair forms and labels machinery and site equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• diagnose web-handling and control-system issues
• interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• provide basic welding, fabrication, and alignment support
• enter work orders, labor, and parts in the CMMS
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• collaborate to reduce recurring issues and downtime.
