Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Set up and break down the dining room
• deliver meal trays according to dietary orders and tray tickets
• verify tray accuracy
• assist residents with meal selection
• wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment
• clean food preparation and dining areas
• label, date, and store food using FIFO rotation
• monitor and record temperatures
• restock supplies
• report food refusals or low intake.
