What you'll do

• Inspect parts for surface defects and missing or incomplete welds
• select and attach appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, or disks
• grind away scratches, excess weld material, and burrs
• polish ground areas
• replace worn abrasives
• keep the work area clean and organized
• follow safety instructions and maintain productivity.
