It also includes meal preparation, scheduled activities, coordination with other departments, and support during critical or emergency situations as needed.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with disabilities with daily living activities, personal goals, community involvement, and health and safety. Prepare meals according to established menus and individual dietary, health, and physical needs
• support grooming and daily activities
• help maintain homes to CLC standards
• follow Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging regulations
• and provide assistance during critical or emergency situations as needed.
