What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the spray foam installation crew
• manage residential retrofit projects
• review job scope and existing conditions
• identify obstacles involving building systems and existing insulation
• operate spray foam equipment and oversee application
• monitor foam quality, thickness, coverage, yield, and conditions
• protect customer property
• maintain safe practices and PPE
• troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• monitor material use
• communicate with homeowners
• conduct final quality inspections
• document completion
• collect customer payments when required
• and train installers and helpers.
