What you'll do

• Ask questions to understand patients’ concerns and provide product guidance
• explain policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
• help resolve patient concerns
• clean workstations and showcases
• reconcile inventory
• maintain confidentiality
• process transactions through the POS system
• maintain product knowledge and inventory rotation.
